Technology rushes forward at an ever increasing pace, often leaving in its wake those things that we have come to know and rely on as constants. But not so with some traditions. Some traditions, by their very nature, defy the smugness and efficiency of technology. Such is the printed invitation - that simple, time-honored, elegant beginning to a beautifully planned event.

It all starts with the “Powered By Uinvite” CD - the link between the invitation and the Internet based technology of the Uinvite system. The Uinvite CD is available mounted on either a fold-over or flat card (available in a wide selection of paper colors and styles to match almost any invitation), or as part of one of the integrated designs available exclusively through Krepe-Kraft. The content of the CD is unique to each event, and is created interactively through a few simple steps from any Internet-connected computer. The Uinvite system walks the host through providing information about the event and location, picking a special animated invitation theme and music for the CD, choosing a coordinating design for the CD label, supplying pictures for the CD’s photo album, and providing a personal message to the guests.

    Not only will you save money on RSVP cards by only purchasing enough for the people that you don’t think will be able to RSVP online, but you’ll never have to worry about missing an RSVP again. Once a guest has RSVP’d online, they’re automatically added to the hosts RSVP and table management system. Reporting functions quickly show how many guests are attending, their age range (for seating purposes), even meal choices if they’re offered.
    The Uinvite invitation creates a 24/7 party online before the event takes place and after the event is over. Party guests can upload pictures they’ve taken, share tips on the where to find the best local services, or reunite with long lost relatives or friends. Hosts can post a message on the message board with the names and address of preferred hotels in the area.

    Once the RSVP’s are in and automatically added to your guest list, just drag and drop names from the RSVP module to virtual tables. this exclusive feature lets you move names around from table to table and finally print out a convinient to use seating chart.
